Italian Dual Citizenship

Helping you obtain Italian Dual Citizenship

Italian citizenship is granted by birth through the paternal line (with no limit on the number of generations) or through the maternal line (for individuals born after January 1, 1948).

Obtaining your Italian Dual Citizenship can be effectively streamlined with the assistance of Attorney David A. Regoli. I have assisted many Americans wishing to honor their Italian heritage by becoming Italian citizens. As a proud Italian American, I felt that obtaining dual Italian citizenship would allow me to honor my Italian Grandparents. I obtained Italian Dual Citizenship for my children to open up their educational and employment opportunities as the world gets smaller and smaller.

In this global world, having the ability to travel and work in any one of the European Union Nations without a Visa is only possible by becoming an Italian dual citizen and having an Italian Passport.

I have assisted many Italian Americans through this process and I can assist you. If you have questions or would like to speak to me about the process, I offer 30 minute phone consultations at the rate of $50.  I accept Visa or MasterCard.  The process can be very time consuming and frustrating if you do not understand all of the details that the Italian Government requires. I know these details and I have streamlined the process.
